Terms Of Service

All the users(You) of *.cmobilecom.com(the Cloud) must read and agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement. By using the Cloud you agree that you are automatically bound to this agreement. The Cloud reserves the right to change this agreement at any time and will not notify you in advance. You can get the latest agreement from the Cloud at https://cmobilecom.com/account/terms-of-service.xpg.
  1. Obligations
    • You may not violate any relevant laws and regulations.
    • You may not infringe any intellectual property rights.
    • You may not do anything that can cause damage to the Cloud or other users.
    • You are completely liable for whatever you do in the Cloud.
    • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
    • You must provide accurate information during registration.
    • You are responsible for safeguarding your password.
  2. Your data is stored on the Cloud. You agree and authorize the Cloud to store and backup your data on the Cloud.
  3. You are responsible for resolving any disputes related to your own users (suppliers, customers, etc).
  4. The Cloud respects your privacy, and will not disclose or sell your personal or business data (if any) to any third party without your permission.
  5. Your account may be revoked if you violate any term of this agreement. The Cloud reserves the right to suspend or revoke your account if it is reasonable. When your account is revoked, the Cloud reserves the right to delete all data owned by your account including business data (if any) without notice after three(3) months.
  6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY: THE CLOUD PROVIDES THE SERVICES "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES THAT THE SERVICE IS FREE OF DEFECTS, SECURE, RELIABLE OR AVAILABLE. THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO THE QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE OF THE SERVICE IS WITH YOU.
  7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: IN NO EVENT SHALL THE CLOUD BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, WHATSOEVER, WHETHER GENERAL, SPECIAL, DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMIT TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA OR DATA USE) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE CLOUD, INCURRED BY YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY, EVEN IF THE CLOUD HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. THE CLOUD'S ENTIRE LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES HEREUNDER SHALL IN NO EVENT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU ACTUALLY PAID TO THE CLOUD FOR THE LAST TWO MONTHS FOR THE SERVICES PROVIDED BY THE CLOUD.
